COMMUNITY CONSULTATION ON LEASE
Mapoon Aboriginal Shire Council, as trustee of the Mapoon Deed of Grant in Trust (“DOGIT”), has received an expression of interest for the grant of a lease on Council-held DOGIT land.
Council seeks community feedback on the grant of the following leases:

Feedback to the above EOIs may be given in writing, and delivered to Council’s offices in person (at Council’s Chambers, Red Beach Road, Mapoon Qld 4874), by post (c/- Preston Law, PO Box 707N, North Cairns Qld 4870) or by email (at isaxon@prestonlaw.com.au).
Council will only consider feedback if it is made to Council by no later than 5pm, 31 July 2025
